•Initialization and performing of the project, including: preparation of technical tasks with taking to attention of technology requirements; evaluation of future construction place; preparation of time-table (Giant chart) and material-technical supplying of working groups; decision of technical issues on site; designing and accommodation of processing lines. •Performing constant control of activities with targeting of in-time finalizing of necessary technical and construction issues; ensuring continuous supplying of necessary materials, equipment and technology to the working groups on locations. •In case of need, perform necessary changes in drafts on place, depending from technology requirements and situation on construction site. •Gathering and distribution of technical information between of design, construction, assembling groups and exploitation staff, comprehensive coordination of their work; detection and elimination of "narrow necks" during performing of works. •Help on choosing of staff, organization of education including travel to existing facilities for this process. •Startup and commissioning of ready-to-run objects and elimination of appearing problems.

•Managing of Auxiliary facilities of the Sugar factory: purification, storage and distribution of drinking water; lime kiln and the lime milk preparation line; biological treatment facilities for industrial wastewater; •Organization of continuous training of the staff; drawing up flow diagrams and working schedules; scheduling of repair works; compiling the archive of drawings (equipment drawings and design documentation) of auxiliary manufacturing objects; •Public relations, working with government organizations, performing reports relative to counting of water resources consumption and solving environment questions; •Modernization existing schemes of Auxiliary manufacturing. Continuous improvement and optimization of initial P&ID of the sugar factory; •Development of Auxiliary objects and communications during the operation of the sugar factory: internal communication system, factories additional fire fighting system, factory's petrol station, etc. •Involving in education process of “Quality Management System TS EN ISO 9001:2000” certification for the factory and at the end, getting those certificates.

•Getting education on sugar production technology through special program "Sugar for Windows"; •Taking part on dismantling of existing sugar factory on period between 09.2003-04.2004, belonging to company “SUDZUCKER “AG, located in town Zeil-am-Main (Franken, Germany). It was an initial step in this project, so my main key responsibilities were gathering information relative to dismantled equipment (reviewing archives, making measurement on the site and preparation of shop drawings); doing photo- and video surveys of dismantling works, which were very useful on period of future installation; •Drafting layouts of various industrial facilities of Imishli sugar factory: water supply objects and waste water treatment facilities, lime kilns, lime milk and carbonic gas preparation lines; participation in designing of underground pipeline communications; •Participation in Imishli Sugar Factory's startup events; meeting with the governmental delegation led by the President of Azerbaijan Republic Mr. Ilham Aliyev, perform demonstration of lime branch work; •Elimination of startup problems and performing common equipment adjustment;

•Getting education on production of aluminum profiles by extrusion method; •Training course in Turkey about manufacturing techniques of matrices and drawing up design documentations in CAD programs. Complete training about work principles of CNC, milling, coordination machines, surface preparation by using of grinder and engraving machines; •Development of aluminum profiles drawings (existing and new systems) according to patterns; •Performing surface treatment of matrices by using of thermochemical methods (nitro carburizing).

•Exploitation of hydraulic system mechanisms of the water storage basin "Aghstafa" river and the left-bank water-distributive channel; •Management of current, seasonal and off-schedule repairs of the left-bank channel. •Doing measurement of the flowing water and performing reports and schedules.
